Getting worse not better
This app would be way better if the navigation were more intuitive. Getting back to the Home Screen for the shop your viewing isn’t once you search for something. Make it more like the online experience. Not using the iPad app any more. Waste of time navigating this version.

Very little to no support from fair about vendors that sell on here can just do what they want to you order an if you get it or not you still have to pay. Your never able to speak to anyone about a situation

They don’t understand DBAs under LLCs. I provided my EIN, website, and showed my storefront design as they requested. and they denied my app with no explanation and no recourse, they would only reply with: “the decision is final.” I have to only assume it’s because I’m using a DBA and the name doesn’t match my LLC? This company doesn’t appear to have their stuff together. An EIN is really all they need. The extra fluff isn’t necessary. Seems counter intuitive.

Prices Ugh!
For small business orders the prices for what should be wholesale are soaring causing me to rise prices for customers.
Better for a small business
This eliminates the power struggle of working with distributors who give preference to bulk buys. I have total control to stock my store with unique products and stand out in my community.

We received our hats very quickly and were impressed with the quality of design and construction. The paper Panama hat weave is particularly interesting. The hemp fedora sold out the first day we displayed them. Thank you.
Convenient and Reliable
Love having invoices and vendors in 1 place. We are a small nature center gift shop so meeting the minimum is sometimes tough but Faire is a great place to compare shop and find just the right niche item all on 1 site. Wish there were more pics for 1st time products so mistakes have been made but overall very happy with delivered goods.
