Greedy as hell
I had to pay a TWENTY NINE DOLLAR FEE TO START THE POTENTIAL OF A BUSINESS NOT INCLUDING STARTING A LISTING! Like, I get the seller fee and transaction fees, you have to make a profit, yeah. But 20 cents each couple of months just to keep the listing up? Thats just corporate greed, and the thing is, ITS NOT REFUNDABLE like what the hell? And no prior warnings before the first expense? DO NOT GET THIS IF YOU WANT TO START A BUSINESS!!!

I love that Etsy Seller app it makes selling my dog gear so easy before I started my Etsy account. I wasn’t making any sales because nobody could find my website but then when I joined Etsy, it was so much easier because Etsy does a lot of the promoting for you.

I hear a lot of complaints these days about Etsy. I have to say, I been totally pleased with everything about Etsy since I reopened my shop (shut down for several years); user friendly, prompt with payments, just easy all around. Glad I’m back!
ETSY TREATS SELLERS HORRIBLE
A customer ordered from me, I shipped her product it was exactly as described, aswell as pictured and she reported and wanted a refund with no return saying it didn’t look like the photos, in her report she took photos of the product that looked exactly like the photos I had taken of it, saying I scammed her, at that point I knew she just wanted free products, I offered a return with a full refund and etsy just gave it her, and then banned me for no reason at all, and the ban is forever, absolutely horrendous behavior like how can they treat their sellers this way!?! I was a new seller aswell and was just starting to get traction after I had worked 4 months to get where I was at.
