Shipping transaction fee/ calculated shipping
The 6.5% shipping transaction fee should be eliminated or a nominal fee of 10-15 cents per label, please address this issue.
Shipping costs have increased well over $6, there should not be a listing priority rule for shipments under $6 anymore, sellers that charge less than $6 are losing money. Carriers continue to aggressively raise costs and etsy does nothing to help with the issue.
Free shipping at $35 is no longer affordable/working, need to be able to adjust price to $40-$45 etc.
Update: we need to be able to set up weights for different sized items for calculated shipping. Not all items weigh the same, and shipping rates are too expensive now. We can’t use calculated shipping on items with different weight variations. For example: A t shirt has 6 different sizes that weigh differently, we need to list different weights for each size but cannot.

Easy
App is easy to use!
Years of "Kinda Works Sometimes"
I've been using this app for years. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Go through periods where can't upload more than one photo at a time. Orders either don't notify/show up half the time (I just have to manually check every day) or I get phantom banner notifications that aren't for anything when I click in the notification to see what it is -- no new likes, messages, orders, anything. Really fun

Great platform
This is one platform that gives me sales as compared to others. Still looking to scale more but till now excellent platform.
Won’t let me sign in
When I try to sign in to my account it just goes to a black screen. Have updated and looked up what to do. No fix 😭

Easy enough
The app is easy enough to use but that is likely because I have used it for a long time. I will say all the extra fees are absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating. Items in Etsy have become priced out of most customers budget because Etsy fees are so extravagant.

Not enough sales
It’s been dead-no sales. I was averaging 1 or 2 a week and then nothing! It’s a bit disheartening. Hope it’s just a phase and it cranks up again!
Publishing error
The app is cool, but I can no longer publish from the app. Tells me to contact support

Next and back button don’t always work
Everything in the app works great until you need to use the next or back button while listing. Sometimes it does other it don’t. Mostly don’t
shipping options
Etsy needs to provide a discounted shipping option for UPS… the only option currently is USPS
Constant crashing
The app works OK on my iPad but it crashes when I click on almost anything on my iPhone. Please fix it!
