stay away!!!

They scheduled 3 same chores for the day on their own. I had weekly subscription for Fridays and they keep changing the days and times withouy any notification. I called numerous times and they would adjust it manually and then next week comes and it is moved again, this week all the sudden i have 3x booked for the same day and no way to cancel after calling, texting for days now. The fairy do inconsistent job, sometimes it is amazing, sometimes i still have a lot of visible hair on the floor cause they probably just do main area and not corners. It is way too expensive for just a center of the room cleaning. Customer support is non-existent at this point.

No way to cancel scheduled cleaning

There isn’t away to cancel a scheduled cleaning and when do you get on the phone with a customer representative they say there will be charge to cancel that. Things like this should be disclosed and should have to talk to rep to switch from scheduled to on demand cleaning.

SCAM - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. you won’t be able to cancel

They change your cleaner but if you aren’t happy with the results, they refuse to change the cleaner at your request. Then, if you try to cancel, they designed the app to prevent the capability.

Credit card is required to assure your chosen free time slots and booked visits will be locked especially for you. It is important to note that even though we ask for clients to insert credit card details, the actual charge will be done only after the service was fully delivered. As for Apple Pay option- indeed we are aware and working on a solution.

App functionality

Love the idea and I use them at my apartment but their app functionality is terrible - no matter how many times I exit out and reopen it never moves off of the pink buffering page

Excellent Care

Nataly was fantastic. The bathroom & kitchen needed a deep clean. It sparkled afterwards. Quick & efficient & hard working. Apartment is fabulous.

The app is terrible

I cannot view the same time availability like the agent on the phone. And when i called and said I would like the visit on Fri or Thu morning they said they will try to do it. And then they just scheduled for Thu afternoon without confirming. And now cannot even cancel the series, i can only cancel each individual occurrence, and on top of that i have to pay 10$ for each cancelation. The app is horrific but the fairy that usually comes is good.

Excellent service

Great service !

Unfortunately a scam

Been very disappointed with this service. Woke up to $800 in charges suddenly applied to my account with no notification. Cannot recommend.

No availability

I don’t recommend using Faireez. While the cleaner herself did a very good job, the company offered no flexibility in scheduling. I made multiple attempts to adjust my cleaning time to fit my schedule and was consistently told there was no availability.

Avoid at ALL costs

Don’t listen to the fake five star reviews anybody who actually use the app can verify that it’s not intuitive enforces you to put in a payment method or else it bricks.

I had to pay $10 for bookings, I didn’t even mean to book but was misled to do so because of how the app is designed

DO NOT USE

This app sucks, very non-intuitive and they make you put in a payment method and will keep you locked on the screen until you do.

I have a plan charge for a visit and I can’t even cancel it and I’m likely going to get charged

Be careful using this app

This review is about the app and customer service specifically. Not the cleaners’ service.

I cannot use this app. Almost every necessary function does not work. Can’t chat support, can’t customize a package to book, can’t view more details about the different options. Then when they have these “flash sales.” That’s all you can see. But still I can’t click on any of that to book.

Because I can’t do anything in this app, I had to schedule my first visit via text and then currently I am fighting to get a subscriptions canceled that was supposed to be a trial for me that I could cancel at anytime. Actually had an option to cancel in the app but it didn’t work! I went in the app a couple days ago to see if something I was looking for was offered. Then I still see the subscription. I reach out by text to cancel (cause that’s how I’ve communicated before). Then, the cleaner shows up at the building and I’m getting multiple calls because she doesn’t have authorization to come up. I couldn’t find a way to leave a Google review which is why I’m doing this hear. Maybe it will get their attention or maybe it’s just info for other customers.

When I got off the phone with the support team reiterating everything I’d done and how I do not want this visit (not even home anyway), I see a text message in response to the conversation about canceling telling me I can sign up for an ongoing plan for one time visits. Mind you, I am trying to cancel a subscription. I thought it had been canceled, but I have no idea what happened. Like typical customer service situations, the initial response was asking for my feedback about why I made this decision. So I did. Nothing else for 24 hours.

So if you’re having issues with the app like I have been, be careful. Anything they’ve said recently about a newly updated app is not a big change to the app. I’ve only been trying to use them for a few weeks, but when my sister used them, she had issues with the app too.

If you have a subscription and try to cancel, follow up on it. Even if it’s just one of the visits in the plan.

Such an awful app, can not do anything or schedule the service. Even the selection can’t scroll down.

Credit Card Required

To use the app, not to book the service. You can’t browse service options and prices without inputting a credit card. It’s 2025, why isn’t it using Apple Pay anyways.

Unique and innovative

This is a really cool platform! Never seen a cleaning company let you customize everything before, if it’s in your building you should definitely check it out.
