Need updates
I’m only rating it a 2 due to the fact the ATM’s are 90 % not working. Most banks allow members to take a photo of checks on their mobile device to be deposited. Fairfield needs to improve on updates like most other banks have done.
Update Issues
The app overall is good but it’s bad when I lock my card and cannot access my account when the app doesn’t work. The app at times does some type of glitch where I cannot login. I went the whole day trying to get into my account to unlock my card and you can’t do it online so it should be a better way to avoid this problem again

And no in app support need to get on track like other banks do and don’t release a update that doesn’t work on iPhone 17.3
