Need updates
I’m only rating it a 2 due to the fact the ATM’s are 90 % not working. Most banks allow members to take a photo of checks on their mobile device to be deposited. Fairfield needs to improve on updates like most other banks have done.
Update Issues
The app overall is good but it’s bad when I lock my card and cannot access my account when the app doesn’t work. The app at times does some type of glitch where I cannot login. I went the whole day trying to get into my account to unlock my card and you can’t do it online so it should be a better way to avoid this problem again

Ever since I have updated to iOS 16. This app doesn’t even work. What do I need to do?
App need update with new iPhone update
This app need to update with the Apple new update because it’s a pain not being able to keep up with my banking information all because the app is not functioning properly all over being behind on updating. Nothing happens when I click on the app it won’t even open up.
App not working
My app is no longer working. I’m not sure if it has to do with new iPhone update or it’s just a glitch from the app. As soon as you hit app it throws you out before anything will load. I deleted app and redownloaded and still nothing. Please fix this.

Every time I try to open the app it won’t open.
Internal transfer
The online app is very easy to use; however after logging in with my password, it is extremely irritating to have to enter my password AGAIN before I can complete the money transfer. I know all about security but sometimes it can be a bit too much
