Unable to Update Phone Number
The app doesn’t allow users to update the phone number linked to their rewards account. I no longer use my old phone number, and I’ve already emailed customer support for help but haven’t received a response.
If support isn’t available, users should at least be able to update their account information themselves. It’s frustrating that I can’t access or sync my rewards because of this.

Beverages and food are amazing! Staff is phenomenal. Fairgrounds is the best coffee shop (and beyond) in Dallas. Not to mention the beautiful, nice people in and out! :)

Fairly intuitive. Point collection seems to only work by ordering through app, not all staff in store are familiar with point collection system if you showed the app over the counter

Can’t even sign up for an account on mobile
This app is hot garbage. I’ve tried multiple times to sign up for an account so I can place an order, and after completing the registration and entering my phone #, the app will not allow me to scroll down to proceed with next steps.

My favorite matcha latte in Dallas! The matcha is ceremonial grade and they offer agave or honey as a sweetener! The best! Thank you! ❤️

completely unnecessary and awful app. it looks bad, it feels bad, and i’m sure it cost too much to make. the apple pay button doesn’t do anything. when i started using the app, all the food was listed twice at different prices. full of glitches, clunky, and ugly. i wish they would just use toast or something instead of trying to make an app.

No confirmation email, no apple pay accepted, account creation is a mess.

I downloaded the app, submitted my order for pick up, and the downtown location didn’t receive it. The employees said that they rarely get the orders from the app and if they do, something is usually missing from the order.
