Works well, a little clunky?
I cannot seem to find a way to back out of a selection directly to the top level of the deli section. It takes several clicks to back through the organization of the department items. Otherwise it is really nice and efficient to order and pick up.

When it’s good, it’s good…
But about 50% of the time, it’s useless. Sometimes I show up 30-60 minutes post when my order is supposed to be ready only to find out they haven’t even started on it, so I have to wait in the long counter lines anyway. I don’t blame them—there are never enough people working the deli counter to keep up with demand. And I’ll still keep using this app, because when they do have my order ready, it’s SO much quicker than waiting. I just wish it were more reliable.
