Sorry for the frustrating experience. Golf Shot Tracer offers a free trial so users can test the app before subscribing, but we don’t advertise unlimited free tracing/export features. A video cutting off right at impact usually means something went wrong with that specific trace setup or processing. The best way for us to help is through the in-app feedback system: after the trace, tap thumbs down and opt to share the video with us. That lets us review the actual clip and understand whether ball visibility, camera placement, timing, or another factor caused the result. Thanks for the feedback, we’re continuing to improve how clearly the trial explains what’s included and how to get the best tracing results.

I’m glad to hear the trace itself is working much better up to the high point, and I completely understand what you mean about the continuation after that feeling too fast and too straight. You’re right that the app needs more control over the post-apex ball flight, especially hang time / descent speed and the shape of the landing path. That’s a very clear improvement area, and we’re going to use this feedback to make the continuation feel more natural and customizable.
