Update screwed me
I had to update I iPad and the app, opened the game as soon as my update was done…. I LOST SO MUCH PROGRESS AND ITEMS I HAD AQUIRED

Все два года добивалась многого в этой игре, мне безумно нравилось. Я могла день не вылезать. Меня никак не смущала реклама так как за нее много чего можно было получить. И уже давно начала мечтать купить хотя бы один остров за донат. Задонатила, купила, радовалась до безумия. Но вот в чем проблема: после того, как донатишь в эту игру, тебя лишают возможности смотреть рекламу на энергию, кристаллы и сундуки. Извините а откуда мне её взять? Просто уже тупо нечего делать там без энергии. Вы элементарно теряете пользователей такими запретами. Думаете: заплатил один раз - ещё раз заплатит? Так вот нет, не заплатят и более того перестанут играть и удалят

Пропала реклама , стало невыносимо играть
Can Be Fun, BUT
I started playing this game years ago. I had opened many areas in several maps and paid to do this. Then three years ago, I paid for one place in the zoo to be opened and it went through, but I did not get it opened. I messaged Support and never heard back. Yesterday, I decided to try again as I did enjoy the game in itself. They did not restore my entire game with nearly most of the first islands open and well developed along with the others. It is as if I am starting from scratch. I messaged support again, and nothing. I decided to try a small $0.99 purchase to see if I could restore anything. The purchase when through according to Apple, but then there was a message in the game that there was an error with the purchase. If there were better support, I would enjoy this game even more.

I’m addicted to playing games and this one has been a long time one. But the recent addition of (at least one) weekly purchase, besides the incessant ads, is off-putting.

Update is a bit errr - why doesn’t it give you points for all things that it used to?

They don’t reply on the app. I finished the animal merge and the second part won’t open. I think I have to pay 44.99 but he’ll no I guess time to delete

Invasive advertising
Tried for a couple of days but the advertising was too much. It invaded every part of the game and sometimes you weren’t given a choice to avoid it. There were elements of trick advertising as well getting in the way from playing the game. It’s a shame because I’m sure some would buy in app purchases if this wasn’t shoved in their face. It is also a copy of EverMerge for its design which I’m not sure how they get away with, but I suppose these games are all the same just created for advertising money.

Love the new feature that shows you the # of things you are merging BUT Hate that when you use the insta gnomes they stay where you used them and dont go back on the board where i placed them

You can find other merge games. I don’t mind watching ads voluntarily for energy etc but unskippable ads pop up at random while I’m trying to play. They’re 5-120 seconds long. Many objects look similar making it difficult to match easily at a glance.

No Support and Ads every 5 seconds
Corrupt company, no way to message on FB, no way to message on the game, and they never respond to anything on any social media platform. Call your bank to get your money back, they will be able to do it. I have 3 open slots and it will not let me use it. Then I didn’t receive other rewards after spending 2 entire days working to put 9 pieces into one of the castles. Do NOT spend money or waste time with this game. Swagbucks needs to remove them from their platform immediately. This company is illegally operating without any way to contact them. Report them.

This app continues to make purchases that are not authorized therefore stealing my money I thought this was a fun app until it started stealing for me I'd like my money back!!! Can never get in touch with anybody about it!!!!

It was fun. The new update makes you watch an ad for what seems like every move. It’s beyond annoying and if I wasn’t getting bonus points to play it, I’d delete it. That is aside from the fact that the ads are LONG and repetitive.

Get you hooked just to give you Ads
It seems you are allowed to play normally for the first few days then you are assaulted by ads. Any attempt to perform a task your forced to watch an ad. I thought it was a mistake at first and possibly it was my error but I’ve realized this is what happens to everyone. I don’t understand how there are people still playing.
