Charged twice, was told by the chatbot to pray and calmly reach out to customer service. When I asked to be connected to customer service, it said it couldn’t do that but could help me pray for patience.

Not user friendly. AI is set up childlike. I signed up for the 3 day trial and it charged me for an entire year immediately. After reaching out for a refund, I was told I need to contact Apple. The videos are very short clips and not easy to follow. The entire organization of the application is set up of the sloppy. Just not a good application. I would not recommend it to anyone. Still want my refund!
