Runs around in circles. Forces you to log in through email links that don’t work. I’ve abandoned more ordered than I have received.

Great food and friendly staff
We have eaten here before and the food is great, the beef could be more flavorful but everything else is amazing. Highly recommend the pork.

Having to save card info for Thanx sucks!
This rating is not about the quality of the app or the food. The app is fine, the food is great. But I hate that I have no payment option but to save my card information with Thanx and authorize them to read my payment amount "for rewards." I'd much rathe use my credit card without them saving my card information, or better yet, use Apple Pay.

BEST FAJITA’S IN TOWN
Best Tex Mex ever!! We will be coming back again and again! Can’t get enough of Fajita Pete’s - their fajita’s are PERFECT! The staff are all super sweet too! They know what they are doing at Pete’s! Thanks Fajita Pete’s!

When first trying Fajita Pete’s I was amazed by how good the marinated chicken was and the generous amount of food for the single fajita. This is why I am a happy repeat customer.

App is bad
3rd attempt to use it. I got frustrated with it (this just be easy, it’s not!) locations didn’t list the closest location. I found it by googling. I went in person and ordered. Salvador was very kind, he wasn’t surprised to hear the issue. Why have loyalty rewards?

No way to add order to get points - No way to contact support
I created an account, but the online ordering system didn’t work. I called the store and placed my order directly. Now I want to go back and get my points, but there’s no way to scan or add the receipt to my account. Further, there’s no way in the app or on the website to contact support! so my only recourse is to leave this one star review. I like the fajitas, but this is a substandard app, even for a first try.

Future order not available
Went on website on laptop, future order doesn’t let me pick a date ahead, just a future time the same day. Downloaded the app, future order is set to January 1st and you cannot change it or have an option to pick a date.

Account sign up issues
When registering I can’t create an account because the app is stating my passwords are not matching. After 7 or so attempts while triple checking my password entry, I gave up.
No delivery status. No delivery acceptance notification.
I would order fajita Pete’s way more often if you supported Postmates or DoorDash during all business hours.
Error code
Got an error code on the app and gave up. Sorry Fajita Pete’s, I think I’m done. Between the closest one to my house not offering chicken today on the app or the website, ever shrinking portions and the app with the error code, we’re moving on.
Loading... Issue solved
While creating a delivery order, I tap the store near me in "store selection" view and get nothing but “Loading..." for sever minutes. The problem was fixed after restarting the app 3 times. Great fajitas (for North Texas).

A coworker used to have them cater to us for events and I fell in love! So glad they opened up a store closer to me AND deliver! The food is amazing!
