Falaya leverages the latest computer technology to deliver excellent marketing for your home at a discount price. Showings increased five fold after listing my home with Falaya compared to FSBO. Yet I saved thousands compared to listing with a traditional realtor. I cannot recommend Falaya highly enough. Their photo add on was key and their inspection negotiation add on was enormously helpful. It was like having a full service realtor at a discount price.
