Every now and then, along comes a product that makes you think, "Where has this been and why hasn't anyone thought of it before?" That's definitely the case with Falaya. To me, the process of buying and selling real estate has always been a bit of a mystery; Falaya takes all the confusion and guesswork out of the equation. It lays out, in very simple steps (and how-to videos!), how the process goes and what information is needed, when. Plus, all of your documents, timelines, and to-do lists are in one central location. Not only that, but it saves you thousands of dollars come closing time! And, if you do need help, you still have the option to work with a licensed agent to guide you through the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Falaya to anyone selling their home.
