Terrible
Trying to find out why there’s a 1 hour delay on my bus, and whether the next one will turn up. App doesn’t help at all. No service updates and only shows coach locations in London when the app clearly knows I’m in bristol. A waste of space!
Totally useless
What a useless waste of time. Installed on my phone and registered as a user, etc. alarm belts rang when the app did not seem to accept the usual prompts to auto fill anything. That suggests that this app is way out of date.
Clunky, old fashioned graphics are another alarm bell.
I logged in and tried something pretty basic: find bus stops nearby.
It couldn’t even do that. In summary don’t bother with this useless app. I will now delete it from my phone.

Awful app and awful customer service
Absolutely awful at tracking the buses, I’ll be waiting at a stop for half an hour just for the bus to disappear off the app with no warning. Called up the information number today to ask what was going on and why the bus wasn’t serving ANY stops in my area for the lady to tell me there was a crane blocking the road and no buses could get in so they were just turning around. To which I asked her “why is this not reported on the app?” And she said “we don’t control the roads.” No but you control the app and you aren’t updating your customers!

No cost benefit to weekly/monthly passes
Driver suggested I use the monthly pass rather than buying single tickets every ride. DON’T fall for this. There is no cost saving to doing this and it can actually lose you money some months (because of bank holidays)
Doesn’t track reality
The bus timetables are obtained in a website via the app. The bus locations bear little resemblance to where they actually are. He app seems to drop buses from the schedule once they’re late. Some buses are tracked and then disappear. The map shows buses with little arrows to denote their direction of travel, the arrows being too small to discern. The bus tracker and the bus services seem to give largely the same information. Overall, you’re left waiting for a bus that might or might not turn up with the app giving you a false sense of hope. This is not great there is nothing in the app that helps you plan your journey I can’t find it anywhere it’s not on the app or the website please fix this thank you
Really good bus
I used the service for the first time today from the Scilly Isles to Guildford and back and it was very good.
I was amazed that it managed to keep such good time, only a few minutes adrift, in spite of all the horrendous roadworks at the moment.
I took off one star only because the bus tracker did get a bit stuck sometimes.

The bus timings are not accurate
I missed many buses because this app gives false buses timings.
Great app for catching the bus

Please be aware this app and tickets on it are not valid on the Megabus Falcon service from Plymouth to Bristol.
Disappeared??
The plan your journey selection has disappeared and no matter what I do I can’t get it back have uninstalled and reinstalled
Journey planner shows the wrong times!
The journey planner in this app will make sure you’re late to wherever you need to go. The timings are powered by Google which has out of date timetables, and thus rendering this app near useless for journey planning.

Bought a return ticket, but couldn't use it on the way back as buses were full.

Only seems to work for Surrey, not able to change the county. Pointless
Tracking malfunctions
The tracking element of the app would be fantastic and super helpful if it didn’t malfunction so often.

Service updates
If you are going to prompt me to turn on notifications for service updates every time I open the app, please at least *use* these updates. Too often the bus is extremely late or cancelled altogether, and I only find out by phoning the bus company.

Buses driving right past me
I use them to head to school and the bus just drove right past me I was waiting and stuck my hand out to stop the bus and the driver saw me and just ignored me so I was late for school!
Unreliable service
Buses are always so late!!!! Waited 35 mins for the 22:00 461 from Cromwell bus station. We even just gave up & started walking home & got to Church Grove The Kings Field stop J, we decided to wait for the next 461 as we couldn’t get an Uber. The 461 bus driver just sped past us & didn’t slow down or stop at 22:38-we really can’t rely on this service which is very disappointing.
