Great app.
Works as it should. I think other corporate banks should take notes from Falcon National Bank.

Not easy and annoying
The app consistently needs more than just a Face ID and often times makes me verify my identity through my phone number. I kind of feel like it becomes redundant when I login twice in one day and it asks me both times to confirm via text on top of all of that, there is no Apple Pay option which I understand it’s not the app and more of the bank itself. Not mad necessarily, but would rather the app be more user-friendly as far as its interface goes and not make me log back in time in and time out with more than just face ID and password.

Needs a big overhaul. Very buggy & frustrating to use. I prefer using any web browser over the app. App feels very old and forgotten about.
