Good app

I am very satisfied with this app and selected it over competitors due to its built-in licensing logs. I would appreciate the addition of a dark mode and dark app icon and fix the occasional time it will log out on its own. One more small issue is when I want to go into rider mode from student driver mode it makes me fully deactivate licensing logs. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the app.

Design Flaw

The app should allow parents to put a PIN into the app installed on the teen’s phone. Without knowing the PIN the teen cannot turn off notifications going to the parents. It’s so simple.

Speed alerts actually help a lot

I didn’t think I’d use this feature much at first, but the real time speeding alert is actually really useful. The beep goes off right when you cross the limit, so it kind of reminds you instantly to slow down. What I like even more is that I get notified if my son is speeding. I don’t have to keep calling or checking, I just get an alert if something’s not right. It’s simple, but it really makes a difference. Feels like an extra layer of safety for both of us.

Impressive

Without this service, i wouldn’t have been able to catch my partner red handed after months of wondering whether or not my partner was telling the truth when i could tell there was something going on,getting in contact with Gavin via email at EthikaLhackingHQ @gmaiL • co m and employing his services. They provided me with information i needed to know once and for all. Like other times when i was in a relationship, but suspected my partner of cheating, if I didn’t have any damning info they would have shrugged it off and call me crazy. Having the info when confronting them was such a satisfying necessity. Being lied to and called crazy is never fun, catching them isn’t fun either, but being able to know for sure so i could save myself from so much hurt was totally worth it, i say give it a shot if you’re looking for answers.

Very helpful driving log feature

I’ve been using OtoZen mainly for its driving log feature, and it’s been surprisingly useful. It automatically tracks trips and shows clear details, which helps me keep an eye on my driving habits. I also like how I can check my son’s driving log and know where and how he’s been driving. It gives me extra confidence without needing to constantly ask him. The app is simple, works smoothly, and the location tracking along with driving history makes it really practical for everyday use. Definitely a great feature to have.

Feels reliable and stress-free

Extremely lacking, puts privacy over safety

Teen can inactivate the app with no notification, created claims protecting privacy? I guess they can privately speed and look at their phone, but allow supervision on their terms.
No option to change “role”, I’m the “supervising passenger” even if I’m driving alone. Same when a driver is actually the passenger. So my individual driving scores are tallied with the driver getting instructions—not very accurate method of grading.
Scams you into a year long plan w/o clearly stating the discount negates the trial. I guess they know their app is worthless so they must trap you into no trial in order to make money on it. Save yourself some money and go with something else.

Some setting are confusing

I am using the app to monitor my teen’s driving and the settings are a little cumbersome I think there should be recommended setting and you could deviate from that if you wanted but don’t have to adjust if you don’t want to

Very pleased

This app has helped reassure that my family is where they need to be. My son especially likes seeing that I have left to pick him up and when I should arrive. I like knowing my kids have arrived at their activities when they are riding with others. It is a very helpful app and I much prefer it to the competition. I have already recommended it to friends.

Terrible

It used to work great now it doesn’t even give live updates and when it does it still says the person is still driving since 9 am when it is already 6:16 pm and the person has been home for several hours. I will not renew this app

Good alternative to other teenager tracking apps

This is a good alternative to ***360 apps that are too intrusive, IMO. This app does everything I want it to: track my kid, tell me how fast she is driving, lets me know she hasn't crashed, and maintains a history of where she's been, but not where I have been. It's not free, but these features cost something and paying is better than having your info sold. I recommend this app over the more intrusive (IMHO) competitors.

Better for driving habits

Location sharing is solid, but the driving features are what stand out. Speed alerts help and the drive score makes people more careful. Compared to Life360, this feels more focused and gives better control over what’s being tracked.

Must-Have for Families with Teen Driver

I’ve tried a bunch of family tracking apps, but OtoZen is easily the most reliable one out there. The Live Location is spot-on, and being able to check the Location History is a lifesaver for keeping track of the kids' busy schedules. My favorite safety features are the speeding alerts and the vibration warnings for texting—it’s like having a digital co-pilot that keeps my family focused on the road. It’s a great app for student drivers trying to learn to drive—I totally recommend it! It tracks your speed accurately, tells you if you’re speeding, detects crashes and even your phone to see if you are distracted grades you based on these to give you an accurate grade based on these. Totally recommend!!!
