Clunky experience
App had me login 3 times today because apparently my password expired. Change password. Had to login. Signed up for multi factor. Had to login yet again (even though I had logged in and cleared the code).
Only to get in to find I can’t message anyone and am forced to call. What bank eliminates the message service?

I love the Bill Pay and “Funds Transfer” feature!
DOES NOT WORK! USE ANOTHER BANK!
I keep getting locked out of this app. It was once a couple months but now it is every day. I was locked out literally two seconds after they unlocked it. I love how I was getting no fraud alerts but was being locked out of my account so I get on here to see what is going on and I have NO ACCESS! Then I have to wait two days for them to open so I can get them to unlock my account. I am getting a new bank because this app is nonfunctional. They don’t care or try to solve the issue. It is this app as I can get on my pc and all works good there.

It is good when it works
The bank can’t tell me why I keep getting locked out of this app. I have to go up to the bank and they can just get me back in but it always happens when they are closed and I have NO ONLINE BANKING until I can go up there. Who knows what is going on with my money. This happens about once a month. This app is near worthless! This app is so bad I am looking for a bank that has 24/7 online banking.

This app is fine and all … but getting ahold of a real person to handle business in emergency is god awful!!!! This used to be the best place on planet to do business with… very disappointing!!
Mobile Deposits
Takes way too long for E-Deposits, my other credit union usually deposits same day. Here it takes 3-5 business days, not the 2 it claims. That’s my only complaint, but it feels a little concerning.
Unable to connect
I have to go to the bank at least once a month to get them to reset my password so I can use online banking. I work second shift so if I want to use online banking I have to literally loose sleep to go to the bank to fix the issue. They fix the issue in just a few minutes but it should not happen this often. They do not know why this is happening.

Got the new iPhone 14 and updated to OS 16 but now the app crashes every time I try to launch it. I have reinstalled it and restarted my phone but still the same thing happens.

Member for almost 20 yrs
I am very disappointed that it did not save my information from the previous app. And it also does not do my automatic transfer that I had set up per the previous app. It’s quite disappointing that they cannot upgrade the app to include previous settings and now there is no where to even go to in the app to do these things.
