No va bien por culpa del anuncio
Hola, la aplicación no va bien porque sale un anuncio que no hay manera de quitarlo y no se puede acceder a poner nada ni ver nada en el calendario

I previously used this app every day and loved it. As of a week ago it’s full of annoying ads you cannot even access the calendar most of the time as the ads take up the whole screen and don’t go.
New ads make this app unusable
Long time user of the free version. Recent updates have forced invasive ads which take up the whole screen. Disappointing as this was an excellent app
Good but too ad heavy now
Used this app for over a year now, recently the amount of ads that have been put in is far to heavy, feels like every 30 seconds another ad pops up making the app irritating to use now.
Paying for premium but no benefits?
I’ve been a user of this app for several years and love it so I'm only writing this hoping this issue gets fixed! I was a premium user for years and loved the colours and even though I'm still premium and it says I should be able to change colours in the app it won't let me. It wants me to pay even more for a new version of premium with if £8 something per week which is crazy expensive!

No support, paying premium still ads
Been paying premium for years and still get ads. Reached out to support and got a single “someone will get back to you” and months later and several requests from me and just silence. Avoid this app. Better options can be found.

Adverts ruin it!
Me and my partner loved this app. It was perfect for a joint calendar and worked so well for us. Recently they have decided to introduce ridiculously long ads every time we use the app. Completely ruined the experience and taken away the whole point of it. So many people must have deleted the app after this? It’s unusable and not fit for purpose. We’ve both moved to Google calendar.

Customer service non-existent
Having used and enjoyed this app for a number of years as a premium paying user… mightily cheesed off with their customer service. Fo whatever reason my use changed from premium to unpaid use about a week before renewal… so waited until renewal took place thinking that the matter would resolve itself. But after paying £26, it didn’t. So contacted customer services/tech support to see if they could resolve the matter… they did respond with questions about proof of purchase etc, to which responded with photos etc, plus told them about an email issue, but nothing has happened for about a week, although they did respond with acknowledgment of receipt. If they can’t sort it… how do I get my money back????

Wir benutzen Looping sehr gerne und viel in der Familie. Eigentlich hätte die App auch fünf Stern verdient, wenn nicht diese nervige Einstellung der Uhrzeit wäre. Früher war das Apple-konform mit drehbaren Walzen. Jetzt sind es Zeiger bei denen man immer erst mal was falsches einstellt. Wer braucht denn sowas? Ihr müsst nicht das Rad neu erfinden, um „was eigenes“ zu haben. Gebt mir einen Schalter für alte/neue Einstellung, dann gibt’s auch wieder fünf Sterne.

Love this app
We as a family love this app. The only one thing I would like and that is stopping the 5 star review is a widget. Would be great to have a widget that I could have on my Home Screen so I don’t have to go into the app every day to remind myself of our plans. I forget a lot of the times to go into the app 🤦🏻♀️

Was great, now pivoting to nonsense
This used to be a lovely family calendar app but I guess that wasn’t paying the bills (and I was happy to pay for the no ad version.) Now over 60% of the screen are “articles” (which are paid for, so basically fancy ads). I don’t need my calendar app serving me chum-ads to drive traffic to partners.
So sad to see it come to this. I’m moving on.

Guter Kalender aber Support ist bescheiden
Ich bin grundsätzlich mit dem Kalender zufrieden. Was zu optimieren gibt es immer.
Was ich schade finde, wenn man eine Anfrage schickt, dass man nach Wochen immer noch keine Antwort bekommt, daher einen Stern Abzug.

Tut genau das was sie tun soll
Echt eine super App. Ich benutze sie zusammen mit meiner Frau, und die Aktualisierung funktioniert einwandfrei. Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es aus einem Grund der mich ein bisschen stört, aber der Funktion keinen Abbruch tut. Und zwar kommen ursprünglich eingestellte Erinnerungen auch dann noch, wenn der Termin schon lange gelöscht ist. Da es aber nur ein wegklicken ist, ist es kein wirkliches Problem. Es wäre schön wenn noch eine App für die Apple Watch dazukommen würde, da ich meine Termine sehr oft dort abrufe, und das iPhone in der Tasche lasse

App mit tollen Features, aber auch Defiziten
Liebes Looping-Entwicklerteam, ich nutze die Premium-Version und habe Probleme in der Nutzung. Zum einen kann ich Euch aus der App heraus nicht anmailen, der Button „Sende uns eine E-Mail“ funktioniert nicht. Unter Premium-Support stelle ich mir dann doch etwas anderes vor. Zum anderen werden Listen, die ich mit Terminen verknüpft habe und im Nachgang nochmals bearbeiten möchte, verändert. Die ursprünglichen Listpunkte verschwinden, es erscheinen nur noch die neu hinzugefügten. Auch nach Synchronisation innerhalb einer Gruppe. Die vollständige Liste existiert nicht mehr. So bringt mir das Ganze leider überhaupt nichts. Und genau dieses Feature war - neben den deutschen Servern - ausschlaggebend für meine Nutzung von Looping. Für eine Problemlösung wäre ich äußerst dankbar. Noch ein Hinweis zu Euren FAQ: die Wochentage finden sich nicht unter „Entdecken - Schulferien & Feiertage - Praktische Daten - Wochenzahlen“, sondern direkt unter „Entdecken - Praktische Daten - ..."
