Can’t clip coupons
For several months now, I haven’t been able to clip coupons. I have tried closing the app, updating, etc.
I am only able to clip coupons from their website. Please fix!

FIX IT!
Ever since you “upgraded” this app (Aug. 19, 2026), it does not recognize my store in Logan, NM 88426. That means I am unable to see my stores weekly ad. So, now your “improvements” have rendered the app useless. Stop trying to write code when you obviously have mo idea what you are doing. Hire someone who knows what they are doing, or just delete the app altogether, and go back to paper ads.

Not loading
I would search up something and it would say “there has been an issue on our end please come back later thank you for your patience”. It said something like that and then I would keep trying it and it didn’t work.
Long time shopper but app is giving me nothing but trouble
I love family dollar I am an avid shopper going almost every weekend for 5 off 25 for essentials. They have awesome sales and awesome coupons but the app is difficult. I can’t get anything to come up when searching it always says “technical difficulties on our end.” It’s hard to get the pictures to load to see the product. Hoping they can resolve this.

This would be a huge help for customers who are shopping on a budget. It would allow us to keep track of our spending and know how much we will be paying before we get to the register. As a single mom, having a tool like this would be a major time and money saver.

App Lousy. Use Their Website Instead.
The app is glitchy, janky, and frustrating at best. Just signing in can be an experience of nonsense. Choosing store location is poorly thought out, and the general response and app functionality seems to have been either in-house by poorly paid inexperienced developers or out of house developers choosen by the lowest bidder.

Doesn't work…
I've spent so much money in Family dollar assuming my coupons etc worked but they don’t I can't clip them on the app only on the website so when I went to check out they never applied. I am disappointed in this glitch and I hope they fix it its not my phone its the app.

I’m having problems with the app. I go to click the coupon to “clip” it and all it does is sit there and think. I’ve tried in the store, but I get told it’s a metal building that’s why you can’t do anything on your phone so it won’t let you add them. I go outside I have same problem, it just sits there thinking and last I’ve tried at home and still I can’t get clip any coupons. I’ve tried deleting app and put back on but nada, and I haven’t been the only one with this problem. I hope you read this, thank you very much!

Anytime I try to open tube coupon page the app freezes. All other tabs work fine.
Disappointed
I love the store and all of their items but this app never allows me to clip the coupons. I’ve tried on WiFi, off WiFi, inside the store , outside, at home , etc.
