Can’t clip coupons 🙁
Can’t clip coupons. Could be good if you could do that. It is very frustrating.

coupons are all wrong. This business can’t get things together so we aren’t able to save money !

All it does is freeze, in the store as I’m trying to clip coupons with guest waiting in line behind me the app continuously keeps freezing.
Check and Fix PLEASE’
I’m having problems with the app. I go to click the coupon to “clip” it and all it does is sit there and think. I’ve tried in the store, but I get told it’s a metal building that’s why you can’t do anything on your phone so it won’t let you add them. I go outside I have same problem, it just sits there thinking and last I’ve tried at home and still I can’t get clip any coupons. I’ve tried deleting app and put back on but nada, and I haven’t been the only one with this problem. I hope you read this, thank you very much!

Anytime I try to open tube coupon page the app freezes. All other tabs work fine.
Disappointed
I love the store and all of their items but this app never allows me to clip the coupons. I’ve tried on WiFi, off WiFi, inside the store , outside, at home , etc.
Doesn't work…
I've spent so much money in Family dollar assuming my coupons etc worked but they don’t I can't clip them on the app only on the website so when I went to check out they never applied. I am disappointed in this glitch and I hope they fix it its not my phone its the app.

Everything is fine—I like this store—but what I don't like is that when I want to enter my phone number, they won't let me; they tell me no.

AWFUL Company
If you do not live in a privacy state such as California, they refuse to change or delete YOUR personal data. This is malicious and deceptive, especially since the Delete Account button appears to allow it until it sends you to an automatic form. NO company should be allowed to do this.
Really like app
It freezes on iOS 26.5 and can’t dismiss notifications on iPhone 17 pro. Please fix bugs in app.
Discrimination
I believe it is very discrimating toward older people that cannot use these apps to get discounts. Several people also have older phones which the apps cannot be downloaded. I was in front of an 81 yr old that told me on her income me she couldn’t afford a phone and never got anything on sale anymore. If that’s not discrimination , I don’t know what is. I can no longer get the app because my phone is too old too!
