Can never login to account from app
The worst most frustrating app of all time
this app is the worst experience Iv have ever had with a grocery app this is disappointing and I will be shopping elsewhere
Doesn’t work
Both my fiance and I tried using the app. His worked enough to put food into the cart. Then kicked him out and says they have no info. Mine wouldn’t even let me make an account. Really disappointed

Weekly ad does not load
Very annoying that I’ve been using this app for a while and suddenly the weekly ad will not load. I have to go to the website through a web browser in order to see the weekly ad.
SLOW
It worked decent a couple years back-never great but functional. Now pages won’t fully load, descriptions on the home landing page but pics won’t load. Search is pathetically slow. I’m an iPhone user and use other grocery apps regularly but this app is an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I’ve tried just going to the webpage to see the ad but it automatically flips me to the app since it’s on my phone. I’ve deleted and redownloaded but nothing helps. Probably time to just delete it.

Doesn’t Work
I cannot get this app to work. I downloaded it and created a username and password. I keep getting an error message. All it says is an unexpected error has happened. What the heck?

App doesn’t load weekly ad nor the shopping tab
Would be ok if I could log in
Can’t log in, click on forgot password & enter email, no email. App says to contact local store? When was working clip digital coupons, don’t work, go to counter & they say it’s because there are two accounts, how are there two accounts with the same phone number, seems like a scam to make you think you are going to get a decent price but then charge you full price because the discounts don’t even show on the screen at checkout you have to look at the receipt. Giving one star when they do not deserve that

Search (shop) doesn’t work
App just ‘beach balls’ when you tap Shop aka it loads indefinitely.
Broke
App is broken. Creating an account. Requires zip code for access to creat account. Keypad for zip code doesn’t work 🤷🏻

Weekly Add on the i-phone doesn’t work and hasn’t for months. No updates are listed. We don’t shop family fair anymore because the add isn’t available. Please fix this. Thanks
Not helpful
Having an app isn’t very helpful when all it tells me is “we are unable to finish setting up your account” every time I try to utilize it. Makes you type in name, email, phone number, address and a preferred store just to not even let you make an account. Most likely a front to just sell your data.

App sucks. Did sign up, it errors out and says contact the store. No thanks.
SLOW app :(
It makes it incredibly hard to shop and pay for a subscription when the app won’t load. I’ve done it all so I can place a pick up order, but the app won’t let me use the “shop” feature and the weekly add won’t load. Save your money!
Horrible app
Contact Us email option in app is nonfunctional; apparently fuel reward coupons are being loaded on rewards card only yet app does not track/show rewards earned and therefore one cannot tell if reward is actually being given.
Can’t even register
I get an error everytime I attempt to create an account on the app. I give up!

Extremely slow to load. The weekly ad section, especially, just NEVER completely loads! Frustrating.
Won’t let me create an account
When it gets to the zip code part the keyboard won’t work to type it in. I’ve tried restarting the app and redownloading it and it still won’t work
Terrible App
As if the app wasn’t bad enough, what is up with the grocery specials this week? There is just a list of things on sale, so I have to scroll through everything??? I am not going to do this. I’m not even gonna bother with the specials. I am just going to shop at Safeway. Also, I have been a member for years, one day I went into shop, and they said my account does not exist. You need to do better Family Fare this is ridiculous.
