I don’t often review but the creators of this game are appalling
Their customer service is terrible, the fact you try to chat to them about an issue and they just send constant stock messages via ai is abysmal. I’ve asked them to delete all my data and they won’t. I swear there’s better farming games out there with creators who actually want to help their customers.
Avoid it and find a different game is all I’m saying…

I absolutely love this game. I have been playing for years. I had to start over when my tablet died. I have a newer farm, but worried of losing it when I need to upgrade my tablet, how can I transfer my farm to a new device?

Most challenges now need “passes” paid for to get the rewards.
You aren’t guaranteed to get what you pay for, challenges cost way too much money to pass. You do need to spend actual money in order to progress in this game and the developers aren’t helpful if there is an issue. This review I made a while back I’m updating it, I have been playing this game for 10years and am over it. The game is increasingly pay to play based it is pretty greedy. Too many “passes” that need paying for to end challenges. I’m not doing it anymore

Had my farm since 2014
This is one of the best farm games out there. But, back when I started my farm it was fun, cheap and very easy to learn. Now, the instructions on missions in the game is almost to none. It has gotten so expensive and challenging you never have time to just relax and enjoy the game anymore. Everything you do to be able to advance is 95% going to cost you real money. What aggravates me in this game if your a new player coming in now, you won’t be able to get some of the machines that are needed for task. They want you to beg people on the game for stuff to advance. It’s getting ridiculous to be honest. Yes I still love the game, but it’s turned to GREED and for new players it will be a tough ride for yall. I’m just speaking the truth and I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. I only wish they will bring back the fun to the game. I remember when friendship flowers were 2.99 and now it’s 3.99 and not including if your on apple products playing apple charges an extra fee . Also take the breakfast and
photo game away and bring something new. Need to keep it fresh all the same missions get boring. I just don’t have all that kind of time to live on the game just to finish a mission. I’m not writing this to be harsh but the new players need to know what’s to come. It’s EXPENSIVE 100%

Support is worthless!
I’ve been playing this game for at least six years. I have had Endless issues, spent lots of money and they always turn around and say that I don’t have anything to prove my case. They use excuses like “you don’t have the most current version”. I place a friendship flower that I purchased, accidentally delete a person who has the flower, while trying to get rid of old neighbors that don’t play anymore and they say I never placed the flower basically calling me a liar. This week alone, I have spent about $40 or more and they can’t even try to make things right. For extra fun, it’s so freaking glitchy that when you try to load an event one on their side farms like the cloud farm,or try to visit a neighbor it kicks you out of the game, but they’re trying to tell me that I don’t have the most current version, If there is a brand new version it’s not showing in the App Store! If I could give it a zero star review, after everything I’ve gone through in this game, I would! Don’t bother downloading.

Restart !
When a player stop playing a game and come back many,many updates later, is too much to do, you need to remember how to do everything all over again, get frustrated and delete the app. Why is not an option to restart the game?
Crashes Constantly
Yes I cleared my cache. Also-- I'd contact customer service, but the game keeps crashing and I can't. Buddies farms are not resetting. Every time I try to go to the cloud farm, the game crashes. When I switch to my island or the community area the game crashes. Please fix it!
