Envelope endless loading
I’m not able to find support system for this game Facebook required account, so posting here. Been playing game 152 days straight and spent some money so don’t want to lose the game. But the envelope function is no longer working to go accept gifts and coins from neighbors. Was thinking it’s internet connection, but I’ve tried with different internet, still endless loading then crash. Tried reloading app. Been waiting a week, and checking here for app update to fix bug but there’s no new app update. What do I do at this point?

I was trying to play my game this morning and I noticed that it taking me to the game and then kicking me off I tried few times I uninstalled installed it again it doing the same thing
