Stopped working again
Since the last update (again), the app logged me out and is not allowing me to log back in. I’ve tried every fix I can, but nothing helps. I also tried contacting the developers thought the app but it’s not sending, which feels pretty on brand. When it works it’s fine, but I’ve noticed I’ve been spending more and more time frustrated with a broken app lately than using a functional one.

Latest update terrible
I love the store, and I used to love the app. But after this last update, the app is terrible now. I can’t log in, I can’t reset my password, I can’t create a new account…which means I can’t clip any of the coupons or access any of the ad deals. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but that didn’t work.

Stopped working
The app has stopped working since the last update. When I click to see the coupons the page goes blank. When I click to see the weekly ad I get kicked back to a blank page. Please fix - when it works the app is great, but not now.
P.S. In the few times I’ve had to contact customer service about either the app or my account they have been as little help as is humanly possible. I’m sure they are lovely people, but a better customer service team needs to take over asap.

Last update terrible!!
I updated my app with the latest update. Since then digital coupons do NOT exist on the app. I just tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now it won’t let me log in! Just tried calling for assistance and the phone number is “temporarily “ unavailable. Guess I won’t be shopping at Family Fresh today!
