Was great but don’t
This app was great. I’ve use it for about a year varies is a friendly, and had great options for tracking all of your medical history. However, suddenly the app will not open there is no support cannot gain access to any of my data.
No longer stable
I have used this app for 5 years and relied on it for my elderly parents and their health information. However, the last year has shown the app to be unstable. I don't know if they quit supporting it? Or if they just never came back to update it at all. I have lost all the data on my phone over the last year and had to get my mothers phone to back up all of the data. looks like it’s time to find a new app.

I just bought this app. $5.99 and it will not open! Touch the icon and it will not open
Has not been updated in 4 years
An update to this application has not been made available in four years. I can’t recommend this app, because I get the impression it’s going to be discontinued. Please, developers of this app, make some long overdue updates, so that we know you are still in business and still intend to service this app.

Could be good with an update
This app hasn't been updated in 4 years. There is no convenient way to sync among adults, and both of the two export functions crash the app. Other than that, it looks quite useful.
Horrible
Mostly free form data input. Really? I was hoping to use this as a tool to maintain my medical history of surgeries, vaccinations, list of medications etc. in order to make new patient visits less of an ordeal. Output is not straightforward and simple. The topper was creating a password which I used immediately to access my data and it didn’t work. So after hours of data entry I can’t get back in and there is nothing I can do. No Forget Password retrieval process. No support link. Nothing. After some digging I found a contact email but haven’t gotten a response. This is junk.

Please add new categories
Would love to see Hospital stay categories. Example my son fractured his skull but didn't have surgery. Would like to have this category to record when he was in the hospital.
Export format
I'd give this app 5 stars if their export format wasn't proprietary. It needs a .csv format that is compatible with many spreadsheet programs.

Better than the other app I was using
I like the fact that I can sync with my mac and my husband's iphone. Would love to have a search feature on the iphone like on the mac. This would help when comparing blood results over time. For example, I would like to see all glucose or cholesterol together.
Like app but
This app has been very useful. All my medical info in one place. However an area for comment in each category would be very helpful. For example to note the time of day when BP taken and when a med was started. Right now only a date can be listed.

sorting dates
I got this app to track our medical history as my husband has some extensive issues. It would be more helpful if the app would sort the data by date rather than list it in order of when I entered it. I am trying to go back in time and recreate the medical history (gee, isn't that what the app says it does??) but the data is all scrambled depending on when I entered it. Would also be helpful to get rid of the autocorrect when entering information as it doesn't seem to recognize the medical terms, diagnoses, or test names very well.

Like this app but it needs a section that let's you list which diseases you have. The infectious disease section doesn't help for this.

Perfect to track all my family members medical information. Password protection is a key feature. Precompiled sections and export functionality for backup are great
Info. Needs to be stored on server
I loved this app until I had to reinstall my phone and lost all the data. It took a while to compile the info in the beginning, but I didn't mind. Now that I lost all the info, I won't take the time again. I'm pretty disappointed!
Needs a few features
This is a great app to gather information but as others have said could use more to make it great.

All blank forms
It's a nice product organization wise but everything is fill in the blank. No meds, doses, frequency, surgery, allergy, etc to pick from. The screen shots don't show you this. It's like having a blank piece of paper in front of you. If you have a large medical history like my family it takes forever to type in all this data. I wish I'd have picked some other program to spend money on.
