I want to like this app!
I’ve been looking for a healthcare app for a long time… Ever since CareZone stopped existing. This was the closest app that I could find to CareZone (which I loved!) and I really thought it was going to work. I spent a long time entering all of my health information into the app. It was pretty easy to do. My problem is when I want to open the app it asks me to enter a verification code which they sent to my email. It takes more than 30 minutes for the email to come through! Yes, I have checked my junk mailbox! It’s not there. When it does finally come through if I don’t see it immediately then the five minute time limit on the code has expired! And so I have no choice but to ask for another verification code to be sent… Which doesn’t come through immediately. My sister has the app and doesn’t seem to have this problem. I’ve checked my settings and I don’t understand why I am having these problems. But the app is useless if I can’t get into it when I want to.

Tames the chaos!
Finally, someone made a sensible solution to the mayhem that is keeping track of health info. I need it for me and more importantly my family. Definitely worth getting!
