This is a great app! It’s simple to use and it’s easy to find all the info I need to do my banking or to make a payment.
Don’t want a new phone? No app for you!
Following suit with all the other big companies. If one does not have a new phone, or update one’s old phone (we all know what that does to the battery), FSCU has decided that person gets the finger. In the name of security, they have yet again restricted liberty.
Card has stopped Saturday Night for no reason. Why? I’ll be finding A New Bank come Monday morning.

Since newest update, this app won’t open. It just pops up when I click on it and goes away.
Difficult to Navigate
I have the mobile app on my phone but I’m unable to locate the feature for a mobile deposit. I have to make my deposits on my iPad. What am I missing? Also, the service isn’t what it used to be. The tellers act as if they are doing YOU a favor. In addition, their appearance is extremely unprofessional. I miss the professionalism FSCU delivered in the past.

Can’t pay full balance
The app will not let you pay your full balance on one day. You have to pay over two days.
Can not use
I have been trying to log in to my account and I am not able to because of the update my phone is old and only has iso 16.7.12 and the new update needs iso17 I need it to go back so I can use my app again.
Can’t use the app now because of iOS 17 update
Please is there any way to use this app on older phones it’s so frustrating that a lot of apps now you have to have iOS 17 to use.

Slow and never loads.
it loads with the speed of a turtle in the middle of December. it’s always two days behind. and it used to show the amount between transactions. for a Local app it’s still unacceptable in the year 2025. it needs to be updated .
