Session refresh could get stuck — Reworked the session refresh flow so it can't hang in a perpetual "refreshing" state, and added structured failure logging so issues surface quickly. The expired-session fallback timer was also extended to better align with retry intervals. Activity start/complete could hang on a stuck location lookup — Capturing the device location at the start or end of a labor entry timer now has a 5-second timeout, so an unresponsive location service (common on simulators or when location permission is denied) no longer blocks the timer flow indefinitely. Empty record lists rendered blank — Lists or relationship sections with no records and no placeholder text now show "No data found" instead of an empty area.
