Don’t bother. Their Bo-go is trash. Their own employees don’t even understand the “sale”. We were told 3 times that the shoes were eligible then at the register something made them not. Just go somewhere else where they don’t try to trick you. Make them go out of business.

I can't log in. Honestly, it doesn't even show an error message or anything, it just won't let me in. So, I have to delete everything and start all over again. This stupid app is useless, it’s garbage.
App sucks
I tried yo create a password 2 times and each time it replied it could not recognize my email or password. I know both are correct. Famous Footwear you need to fix this glitch. If I don’t hear back from a tech I will just delete the app. It is completely useless if I can’t get into my account. 😡
App is Non Functional
Title says it all. Can’t get past the log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times. I have not been able to use the app in over 2 years now. Same error everytime: Something went wrong, please try again later.
Shopping is non-functional
At least you can set up your profile and rewards card, but you can’t shop for anything in the app. Whenever you try to look for anything, all the shoes go away and you get a wall of text explaining promotions. Can’t shop when the app doesn’t show actual shoes.
I’m so mad..
I was checking out snd the website totally changed the sale while I was checking out. I don’t know why or how you can get away with doing that to people! It changed my price and told me to go back to cart. I know I’m not the only person this has happened to. Shoppers beware , checkout fast before they change their minds and get greedy !!!! Let at least people who are checking out get what they came for, it’s tacky snd shows lack of care for your customers.

Read before using this app !!!!!
I really needed a news pair of shoes over never bought them online before so I thought I give them a try I paid for two pairs of shoes at the same time only one pair showed up wrong size in a completely destroyed box and they canceled my second order without reason trying to get ahold of someone feels impossible . If you want to get shoes online avoid this app and company entirely!!!

Unstable buggy and crashes
The app used to be great but after the latest updates it’s become totally unusable. Not to mention they’re not even cheaper than going to Skechers direct who have an actual working app.
New account lost
I made an account after losing the one I had for years. All of a sudden the app or website doesn’t “recognize” my email. They don’t “recognize” it ,but they sure do send me a LOT of spam through SAID EMAILS. I find that very funny… I ended up contacting customer support, best they said I can do after trying to help was say make a whole new account… I appreciate their help but am livid I deal with spam from a company that inconveniences its customers and claims it “doesn’t” know my email, but continues to send me irrelevant stuff through both emails. Do better with your app smh.

It needs a little fixing
I love the App, but it need to be fixed. I want to be logged in all the time it logged me out and when I do login, it doesn’t change screens to say that I have.
WAY TOO MANY EMAIL PROMOS!!
Ever since signing up for this app I get numerous email promotional offers every single day. It’s non-stop! Waaaaaaaaaaaay too many!!! Do they expect that I will buy shoes multiple times every day?!
Great experience!
On sale, arrived in 2 days as promised. Even came with pre-paid return label. It’s nice to buy good quality items we hope to keep and the brand distribution is on point supporting customers with their purchase, from home!
Can’t sign in after update
Can’t login after the latest update. Keeps stating session has expired immediately after logging in. How do we make a payment if your app is broken? Better not be any late fees due to this issue.

Order Issue: Only One Sneaker Received
I purchased two pairs of sneakers, size 10C, but only one was delivered. I reached out to customer service to resolve this issue, but I never received a response.
Never works
Go in store or website for purchases. This app is always crashing. Tried to purchase shoes and now I have to wait for my pending charge to drop because they don’t see a purchase was made.
So many bugs
My account isint letting me log in and I’ve seen a few reviews like this from years ago and they did nothing to fix it I think this app is great but they need to fix some stuff that the people are saying why wouldn’t I be able to log in if I was already logged in the owner of this app needs to start reading the reviews and taking action

App not working
This app is not working and after reading recent reviews, it seems like it hasn’t been working for a while and nobody cares
Working till it didn’t
I have used the app before, many times. Just now I opened it for the first time in a while and it gave me the message that I have been signed out due to inactivity. Ok, fine. I then attempted to sign in three or four times, knowing that my password was correct, and every time it simply brought me back to the front page, with a button to sign in again. What the heck?
