Stolen card number
I have had a JCP card for over 20 years. I never had an issue with my JCP credit account until the cards were turned over to a “bank”. My card has been used fraudulently and I have had to replace my card three times in the last year or two. That is ridiculous!
Points should NOT Expire.
The fact that y’all think it’s right for points to expire is not right at all!
Everything is expensive as it is and one shops when one can and one earns a few points only to find out they are expired and no longer there for one to use.

Locked my account even after I changed my password and said it was good. Go to log in and keeps saying I am locked out
Announcer in store
I shop at the JC Penny in Orange Park, Fl. They have a intercom system and someone announces the sales. You can not hear anything when he is speaking. It is so annoying and makes your store sound like a bargain barn. Cheapens the store and is annoying.
Customer Service
Store associates are very nice and knowledgeable of where things are and the sales ! It’s nice to shop where you are greated kindly and if assistance is needed the associate has a great attitude and make your shopping experience great
