JC Penny’s has the best assortment of ladies slippers! I go there for quality. I ordered the same name brand from Amazon & they were a cheap copy, made in China. Never again.

App Update STINKS!
I regret installing the new app update because the search function no longer works properly. I won’t be purchasing anything more from JCP until that issue gets fixed. I liked the convenience of shopping from the app, but it doesn’t function properly now, so no more online shopping for me with JCPenney.

Great App
The app interface is great. Easy to use. So glad there is an app that I can use to still shop at JCP. Getting jewelry sent takes too long though. Usually weeks so be prepared for that. There are fewer and fewer stores now. The one by me is falling apart and really let go. The landlord won’t fix things. Large holes and missing tiles in the ceiling with 50 gallon cans sitting around catching water. The jewelry counter needs a full makeover because it’s falling apart and showing its age A LOT. JCP used to be the place to go for great home goods, jewelry that is affordable and good quality, great church clothes and epic sales. Most of this is still true only because the app saves your brand. But there are people who also love brick and mortar stores to SEE and FEEL things for themselves.
