Jcp.com customer service is awful
If you call jcp.com customer service they will give you bad information. They caused an issue with a return that has caused me so much stress to sort out, and only a manager in the store was able to help me resolve it. It shouldn’t have had to be that hard to return an item and get the full amount of money back I actually paid. I won’t shop online with them again unless it’s an in store pickup.

Horrible customer service
Curbside side order placed- received ready for pick up alert, parked and checked in as per usual only to get notified my order wasn’t available for curbside. (Still haven’t gotten that 100$ order) the following order placed for curbside pick up - the received alert stating it shipped ? RIDICULOUS
I hate new logins
Every time the app is updated, a new login/ sign on method is forced on you. Im now locked out of my account and have to go in the store to pay.

One of the best remaining department stores left. Their clothes are great good quality and true size.
Lowered my limit
They lowered my credit limit for absolutely no reason always paid on time , always paid more than the minimum, horrible customer experience, spent an hour looking around picking items and this made me leave my bags because it’s humiliating to get declined at the register , my account will be closed today .

Impossible online shopping lately
For some reason for the last month and a half, I have not been able to check out online. I have used PayPal for the last few years and all of a sudden it won’t work. I have tried a credit card And it won’t work. Customer service was no help at all. Tried to explain it. They just didn’t understand. I guess I’m done with JCPenney.

Broken
I did the update now this app is broken. Product pages don’t download. I tried restarting my phone, still not working. I tried deleting the app, still not working
Doesn’t work
I can’t get the app to work. Trying to see if there are coupons before we go to the store. It keeps telling me there’s no Internet. Very frustrating.
Caused registers to crash
Used the app today at JCPenney and it crashes every register we tried at. After the third time we left without Neo bf able to purchase anything. We returned a couple hours later and the employee said she could not scan the app because it was causing the registers to crash.
Terrible Service
I came to pick up a curbside pickup, I waited for thirty minutes to get a message saying that I had to go into the store and pick up the items. Only to wait another forty minutes in line because JCPenney had only two sales associates working the sales line and one sales associate working the JCPenney exchange/pickup line. Only to be met by a rude sales associate. Terrible Service

Like to see more St John’s Bay tops in New Braunfels store
I would like to see more St John’s Bay tops in stores . I don’t like to ship because it forces you to buy more for free shipping when at that time there may not be anything available that you want . Missed a lot of buying because of this.

Store pick up only no curbside
They state that they offer curbside. I went to do my curbside pick up performed all the tasks on the app as required. Then after 15 minutes it auto canceled. So I did I’m the request again. Again after 15 minutes it auto canceled again! So I u loaded the kids and drudged into the store. The 2 women at the counter were just talking and took their slow time to acknowledge I was even in line. When the employee processed my pick up order the individuals on the walkie talkie started talking about curbside pick ups. Did anyone get the curbside call. The response was no they canceled! OMG I hope they were not talking about me. The only reason I even shopped at JCpenney is because I needed a uniform top for my daughter. You can bet I placed an order from French toast and kohls for delivery so I do not have this issue again. This store is definitely going down hill fast. Service is very poor.
