Need to have a “0” star rating
This is the worsts customer experience ever. For literally months I have had items stuck in my cart and unable to check out. There are so many reviews out there stating this exact issue. I cannot checkout or remove items from my cart FOR MONTHS. I update the app, I delete and reinstall the app and this problem persists. What is wrong w developers that cannot fix this?? You are losing sales and customers

App is ok but save your shopping for the store
I am a frequent flyer at Marshall’s. I like the store and alot of my shopping is done there. Lately I haven’t been shopping. I checked out items on the website. Seemed pretty ok. Boasts of convenient returns to the store. I paid with PayPal only because I was pressed for time after shopping. Returned items to the store and was only able to get a store credit because of how I paid. Returns through shipping were $12. I bought a lot to try on thinking I could easily return in store. Pretty annoying. I will not order this way again unless I know exactly what I am buying. I’m not happy with this outcome at all. I have returned other items to other stores using PayPal and have received my refunds to PayPal. The disconnect between store and website is kind of frustrating.

I can not log in or reset password and make this app work correctly and they e lost my history. No help on line no help in phone - useless

Please either fix this app or throw it out and start over.
Why does the app feel the need to sign me out EVERYTIME I GO IN IT!!!
And why is it that I need to reset my password almost every time it signs me out!!
I’m trying to pay my card off and it won’t allow me on the app even after I have changed my password and updated everything!
Just don’t get the app or the card!
It’s all stupid and makes me want to throw my phone.

Can’t change store location!?
I tried to change the store location so that I could look for a specific product at a specific location and the app just doesn’t help. Very disappointing!
