Checking out
Never works when trying to check out one ITEM. It literally says invalid or incorrect information for the billing / shipping. I got so frustrated I just left it alone. Now I have to worry about seeing if it actually charge my card the 3 times I tried……
Not working
I was able to log in but it doesn’t now show my rewards and when I tried to link my card it says an email was sent but no email has come. Just like other reviews, this app is not functioning.
Need to have a “0” star rating
This is the worsts customer experience ever. For literally months I have had items stuck in my cart and unable to check out. There are so many reviews out there stating this exact issue. I cannot checkout or remove items from my cart FOR MONTHS. I update the app, I delete and reinstall the app and this problem persists. What is wrong w developers that cannot fix this?? You are losing sales and customers

App is ok but save your shopping for the store
I am a frequent flyer at Marshall’s. I like the store and alot of my shopping is done there. Lately I haven’t been shopping. I checked out items on the website. Seemed pretty ok. Boasts of convenient returns to the store. I paid with PayPal only because I was pressed for time after shopping. Returned items to the store and was only able to get a store credit because of how I paid. Returns through shipping were $12. I bought a lot to try on thinking I could easily return in store. Pretty annoying. I will not order this way again unless I know exactly what I am buying. I’m not happy with this outcome at all. I have returned other items to other stores using PayPal and have received my refunds to PayPal. The disconnect between store and website is kind of frustrating.

I can not log in or reset password and make this app work correctly and they e lost my history. No help on line no help in phone - useless

Why does the app feel the need to sign me out EVERYTIME I GO IN IT!!!
And why is it that I need to reset my password almost every time it signs me out!!
I’m trying to pay my card off and it won’t allow me on the app even after I have changed my password and updated everything!

Can’t change store location!?
I tried to change the store location so that I could look for a specific product at a specific location and the app just doesn’t help. Very disappointing!
I Should Have Listened to The Reviews! Garbage App!
I should have listened to the reviews although Marshall states that in order to use your e-gift card, you have to make an account with them through the website/ and or app despite me already signing up with them by e-mail at the their store. Tried to proceed anyway to unnecessarily make an account again with a password but it just takes you to an error page then an Access Denied one. Waze. Like recent reviews mentioned, Marshall customer service already suggests them their app and website doesn’t work and to just use their paper certificates. A.I. already mentions that you can use your e-gift card in your Apple Wallet so that’s what I’ll do. For an expensive price consuming company, they should at least prepare a better website and app!

It’s been 5 months since there’s been an app update- the app doesn’t let me sign in to see rewards. It’s been glitching for months.
Storefronts Are Joke Too!
I agree with the reviewer from Sept 2. There’s no help from support when you email them about anything. I have had to resort to leaving this negative review about their actual store because they don’t reply to customers emails. Every time I go into my local Marshalls the line for the checkout is 4 rows long! The entire front of the store is made for people waiting in line to pay. They have 14 working registers, but only 4 cashiers working. I just came from Marshall’s and I was the 30th person in line! It took 64 minutes of waiting in line before I reached a cashier. 100% Unacceptable.

The stickers..
Every time I buy something from marshall’s and go home to use it I spend more time trying to take off the stickers attached to the item than I do in the store. Honestly makes me want to just return the item because why is the sticker separating into 6 different pieces and taking scissors and water to come off? About to start paying extra for them to remove it in store.

No help from “Support”
I agree with the many other complaints! They claim they have your orders for the past 6 months, but many of the orders don’t make it into the system. They will send a message saying your order was received, they charge your card immediately, but then they sit on it for quite awhile before they get it sent. When I ask if they can make changes to have the app work more efficiently (and I give examples) they say they can’t. It’s not the easiest to navigate cos you get kicked out randomly. But, you CAN get items you may not find in store if you don’t mind spending a lot of time repeating yourself until it works!!

The app itself it’s good and very handy but there’s so many issues with logging in constantly signing out and saying the passwords wrong when it’s not.

It’s 2025, either make a usable app or don’t do anything. This is a a broken mess. Fire whoever came up with this.
