Paid on your app and it wasn’t delivered and still tried talking to the customer care and they are not even doing anything about it .

I paid for some of your services yet you did not deliver all of it. You completed some but not all, yet no refund or communication as to why you didn’t complete it. Why?

The worse part is that you don’t have a real or active support section that really responds to customers need or complaint. Improve your app or close it. Don’t scam people because whatever you do will come back to you.
