App works on one iPhone, but stopped working with the other iPhone.
App works on one iPhone, but stopped working with the other iPhone. Bluetooth is on, tried rebooting the non working phone. The app still d oh Ean’s work.
My fan smart sync is not working. When I try it closes when I try to use.

Doesn’t work with my iPhone 15 it did with my iPhone 14
The app worked great with the iPhone 14 but it closes itself out when you open it on the iPhone 15.
Keep crashing
Every time I turn the app on it crashes and shuts off don’t even know if it works

Hallelujah all of a sudden it started working again. The app doesn’t crash and all my fans are functioning. Did you get my message and update the software? Honestly,
(updated see above) this was a great app until I bought a iPhone 14 Pro Max now all the other phones work and mine does not. I sent a message to the developer and received nothing in return. It seems to me like this is a glitch in the software when the unit tries to connect to the phone I have three fans that have modules inside one that the remote failed on and I can only use the app to change so I had to use an old phone as a dedicated fan, remote PS it is an SX max and by the way, it is also running something is up with the iPhone 14 promax scaffolding in this app. Would you mind replying and telling me you’re doing something about it? I would love to give you guys a five star review but unfortunately I cannot. Please help!!!

Disappointed
Very disappointed in that the app won’t even stay open on my iPhone it closes up as soon as I try and name one of my devices. I bought two. Feel ripped off.
Absolute garbage of an app
You can’t even choose anything, just straight in to a screen where it thinks you already have it synced. Instant delete. If I could put 0 stars I would.
Starts and quits
Haven’t used this in a bit, but it now quits on startup. Remove and reinstall has no effect. The point was to be able to use phone app. Dev please help.

Fan does not work with new iPhone update
The fan and light worked fine once we did the latest update the app no longer works. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem

Does not work at all. Can’t even get defend to connect with the app end it doesn’t come with any instructions on how to do that. I guess I’ll keep looking for another app.

Didn’t Work With Harbor Breeze
I was really hoping this would work for my Harbor Breeze fan but all it ever said was “make sure fan is in range” and I’m literally standing directly beneath it 🤷🏼♀️

Great when it works- connects 15% of the time
Love the concept. Wall remote works great. The app is excellent and convenient....when it connects. First week seemed ok and now only connects maybe 10-15% of the time. Keep checking for app update to no avail. Please fix.
Update: now connects less than 5% of the time on both my phone and my husband’s phone. Keep getting a timeout warning and an occasional in range warning- when I am right next to the fan it still won’t connect.
