Love this app!
By far, the best there is! I absolutely love the live aspect of it, and another really cool feature is the auction section. My very first Instant Rip card that I received when I joined was worth over $50, and I was able to sell it through the auction!
The second card I purchased was worth over $40, and the best part? I paid for it entirely with the promo and birthday cash they give you! 🎉
The only thing I wish they had was an instant-sell option, but other than that, I’m seriously impressed. Such a fun concept, great value, and definitely one of my favorite platforms!

Great App, Few Bugs
Really been enjoying Fanatics Live, great interface and interactive tools. There’s a few bugs such as giveaway entries not registering and sound playing even with sound switched off but all fixable. Looking forward to what else Fanatics brings to the hobby.
Try something else
Not fun, not addictive, no real rewards auction off spots that barely get filled and a lot of people just sitting around not to mention that you have reward money that you can barely use or rarely get reward codes
Password Reset Glitches
When logging in and out of the account the app tends to put you through a password reset loop making it impossible to regain access back into the account.
Terrible
I’ve spent some money on the app and the same day my account gets locked. I can’t login or anything so now I don’t know whether my orders are coming or if I’m going to be entered into any of the buyers giveaways I paid for. Thanks Fanatics 👍🏻🎉
Also I reached out to you guys 3 days ago about my account being locked. I’ve not been able to log on since. I’ve heard nothing back… get your terrible app together or it’s all going to fall apart 🫠

Customer service is non existent
I have been dealing with an account issue where my account was deactivated without any warning despite the terms and service stating it would give 3 strikes/emails, there is no phone number to contact so email is the only option, my account was deactivated while I had slabs in my vault as well and was deactivated July 2nd and as of now still have only gotten “we will escalate your case” emails back. And it is august 15th so 43 days roughly.

Fanatics has given up on their own app
There is no sorting of the sports so there is absolutely no chance that you will find the sport you are interested in getting cards in. This is much worse after the most recent update. There are hardly any team breaks left on this app. Pick your player breaks dominate — if you want a good experience buying into breaks go somewhere else

Wouldn’t even let me into the app. Every possible username I tried wouldn’t pass the username stage.
It’s okay.
Maybe one good pull out of five… doesn’t mean I won’t still play 😹
Username bug
If you download it and get to the username it will keep you there no matter how many of the suggested ones you select from the app. And it won’t let you go back, it’s like an endless loop of frustration
