every time I want to watch a game I have to subscribe to a plan but it says “There are no plans available for this category at this time”
Good but Can be better
I am from argentina and I am sort of a die hard fan for my club in argentina called Newell’s old boys. But I live in the usa so watching my club is kind of hard, but with Fanatiz, I Can watch all Newell’s old boys game and more! It is really good in the streaming part but the features are kind of bad. Like I watch my clubs games on an iPad. But for some reason, I can’t seem to flip my screen horizontally when on the homepage. And also there is a button with an option to pick your favorite teams. But for some reason it does not work. Either way, Fanatiz is good, and I do recommend it to South American soccer fans.

Bad customer service
Every single time I have a monthly subscription to see my team Fanatiz had issues with the transmission and I couldn’t see my team playing. They get the permission from one or two companies that has the rights to transmit the matches and retransmit it. It loses quality, sometimes no audio and most no game. I tried to receive my money back or part of it as the match announced was not available and they don’t reply or don’t reimburse as it’s our fault to hire a service that is not fulfilled. I recommend other platforms.
