Best bands ever!
Very disappointed
The last several times I’ve tried to shop, I’ve tried to use my fancy fans points. I hit copy code and then it tells me on the shopping page that I’m unable to use code and when I go back to the fancy fans page it shows that my points have been used. I’ve missed out so far on probably over 10,000 points. This is unacceptable!! I’ve tried to hit contact us and it takes me to a blank email with no fancy bands email address. Until this is fixed, I will not be shopping at fancy bands again, which really upsets me because I’ve been shopping here for years because of the reasonable prices, quality merchandise, and fast shipping!!

I love your bands but I’ve been trying to join and keep running in your obstacles, also I need to return some bands they don’t fit my watch. I can’t figure out how to get to the page so I can’t mail it back to you, I was not sent an email.

You make it impossible to login! 😡. I put in my login information then you send me a code that is in my email box but if I get to my email then I can’t return to the login 😡😡😡

I never got an email. Tell me that I paid for the apple bands, and it was taking out of my account. I haven’t even got a tracking number.

Cleaning Instructions
I would think that you would have cleaning instructions for silicone bands included either on your sight or with the bands.
I have tried everything possible to clean my bands to no avail which limits my options to dark colored bands only.
Other than that I love every band I have received!
