HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/BAD QUALITY ITEMS
They won’t let you cancel a mistakenly made order, even if that order has not even been processed yet. I messaged them within minutes to cancel and they said they were unable to cancel, I then asked if I could return it and they said no. So after spending $80 on something I did not want, the item came in WITH STAINS ON IT.

After receiving a sweatshirt with a hole in the sleeve that was over $100, I messaged support. They asked for a picture of the hole. I put the hoodie on to take the picture as the hole was in the sleeve. Once they received the picture, they refused to give me a refund as I had “worn it”. I kept haggling as this is completely unacceptable. They issued me a $10 refund like that can even get a pair of socks nowadays.
DISAPPOINTED to say the LEAST. I will never spend another penny with this store after this experience and i encourage all my friends and family to be cautious.
