Website not functioning properly
Drop happened at 10:00 am and even at 10:04 the new items are not on the app and after looking they are on the website but all already sold out. Customers that have taken time to download and sign up in the app are at a disadvantage and that is not any way to operate. Very disappointed.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/BAD QUALITY ITEMS
They won’t let you cancel a mistakenly made order, even if that order has not even been processed yet. I messaged them within minutes to cancel and they said they were unable to cancel, I then asked if I could return it and they said no. So after spending $80 on something I did not want, the item came in WITH STAINS ON IT.

After receiving a sweatshirt with a hole in the sleeve that was over $100, I messaged support. They asked for a picture of the hole. I put the hoodie on to take the picture as the hole was in the sleeve. Once they received the picture, they refused to give me a refund as I had “worn it”. I kept haggling as this is completely unacceptable. They issued me a $10 refund like that can even get a pair of socks nowadays.
DISAPPOINTED to say the LEAST. I will never spend another penny with this store after this experience and i encourage all my friends and family to be cautious.
