Keeps crashing!
Since the update, it’s crashing half way through most levels. Please sort this out as it’s currently unplayable. And it’s a great game when it works well!

First the app freezes during play. I do not know why. I loose all my advantages and have to earn them back. Please help with this. Also it is way past Halloween. Can you put up the seasonal items now. I was really looking forward to the Thanksgiving and Christmas items.
Also provide support through the app. It does not do me any good to use the app to send you a message if you do not reply or assist me.

Not happy
Got a new phone an it started me back to level 1 I was 4770. This isn’t far! I want my levels back or I’m deleting the game! You’ve ignored my email!!!!!

WTH!? I have deleted this game several times and reinstalled to find the same ole problems! Freezes up almost constantly, and also makes me feel like I’m drunk without having a drink! Ive asked before to please give the win to me BEFORE the add because 90%of the time I wait too long for the add to do nothing so I close the tab and reopen only to not receive my last win! Very aggravating!

Love the game but constantly crashes since latest macOS update

Really love this game but you really have to fix the crashing after completing every level. Also on the rare occasion it doesn’t crash it starts flashing the adverts which again you have to reboot. Please fix as I would play it more if it was fixed

Ever since I have updated my I iPhone the lag and constant freezing on this game is horrendous! It continues to affect my phone for a bit after I have had to shut down the game it’s worse sometimes after ads. I even have to reset my phone completely. Have been playing this for about a year now and I have got to quite a high level but, I will delete if this carry’s on because it really screws up my phone. Would have been 5 stars all day if the above didn’t happen.

Love this game...nearly on level 6000. Good to play whilst listening to audiobooks. (P.s thank you for putting the name back to fancy hole 🩷)
Where’s the update
Just had a lovely update, new name and new items to collect, it was brilliant but then it reverted back to the old version! What happened! Will it change again soon! Been playing this for an age and was hoping for an update so I’m proper gutted it’s gone
New Look
OMG! I was having heart palpitations thinking I’d accidentally deleted this game! This is my favorite game. I play it every single day. I even often set a timer so that I can catch the two hour wait to watch ads to get more coins. This is the best Hole game that I’ve found. I like the ability to earn coins that allow me to continue a failed level. I like the ghosts, the daily (and other) prizes. What I don’t like is how you suddenly changed the logo, nearly giving me a heart attack!!

Ads impossible to X out from
Some ads don’t let you close them even after 3 minutes. Clicking anywhere on the screen just pops up the App Store and when you click done you are back in the ad and stuck in a loop. I don’t mind watching ads but if you can’t close them you can’t play! Going to find something better to do with my time.
