If the new look on the outside is a peek 👀 into what is coming I cannot wait!

I enjoy the app a lot. Please tell me the app is being updated to have new items fall into the hole! That would be so awesome. We missed the holiday look maybe we are in for a real treat with a new look I sure hope so!

Support is better, though still no communication at least issues are addressed. But we should still be acknowledged.

Keeps crashing!

Since the update, it’s crashing half way through most levels. Please sort this out as it’s currently unplayable. And it’s a great game when it works well!

Cannot get app support

I enjoy the app a lot. A few things I cannot seem to get support for.

First the app freezes during play. I do not know why. I loose all my advantages and have to earn them back. Please help with this. Also it is way past Halloween. Can you put up the seasonal items now. I was really looking forward to the Thanksgiving and Christmas items.

Also provide support through the app. It does not do me any good to use the app to send you a message if you do not reply or assist me.
