Freezes
I’ve used this app on 2 of my iPads with system updated and app updated and I still have this weird issue where the picture freezes what seems like every 10 seconds but the audio continues as normal and then the picture unfreezes and syncs up with the audio. Keeps happening over and over.

3D MOVIES
DO NOT BUY — Defective Product / Unwatchable TrapDo not rent or purchase 3D movies on this platform. I bought Piranha 3D and Fandango at Home sells this as a strictly 3D-bound digital license. Because 3D hardware was completely phased out of all modern Smart TVs years ago, the app throws a "3D Not Supported" error and completely blocks the movie from playing. Changing the app settings to HDX or SD will not bypass the block. They are actively selling a defective digital file that cannot be played on modern commercial hardware, and their customer service refuses to issue a refund or exchange it for the standard 2D version. Save your money and buy it elsewhere!
You may possibly be able to exchange a 3D movie for another version of the same movie but I was told since I bought a bundle they could not exchange the 3D movie for the EXACT, IDENTICAL movie formatted as non-3D.
In any case, they are fully and completely aware these movies are defective and will not play back yet continue to take customer’s money.

Bad sorting
Overall the app is good but why does my library sort to recent purchases. I have to change the sort order to alphabetical EVERY TIME. Can’t you at least give me the preference choice to default to alphabetical?
Fraud
Beware, they randomly delete purchased movies, and also remove it from your purchase history. I’ve lost 3 movies (that I’ve discovered so far to this, will never purchase another movie from this scam company.
Forces you to update and then doesn’t work
Both on my phone and my television, Fandango forces you to update and then does not work, I paid considerable money to view content, FIX IT NOW. Infuriating.
TERRIBLE UPGRADE
My LG TV is just frozen on your damn logo and my library no longer shows up.

This is probably the worst streaming platform I have ever used. Every few ads of the movie I watched it would eventually start over the entire movie and this happened atleast 4 times it got to a point where I was just not going to sit here and finish the movie considering I barely even could.
Lacking in Function
Love the titles! But would also love to adjust aspect (stretch to fit), playback speed, and for the lips to not be out of sync when I use Bluetooth….
Unable to stream Bundesliga on Chromecast
Went to stream the Bundesliga opener on Chromecast, but when I connected my TV and selected the game, it booted me off.

Needs a switch for tv series to disable auto play the next episode. Kinda basic.

Not what it was
Started as a great place to buy movies and have a digital library. Now I am frustrated with how many ads and offers I have to go through to get to my purchases. I started with this app to watch things I bought, but now I have to navigate through free to watch and other options. Just let me have my purchased library. I don’t need another place to watch free movies with ads. The company is trying to compete with other streaming services when I wanted a digital library.
