Cant talk to anyone about issues with referral program, now games are getting locked!!
I have reached out to you fanduel more than 6 times in the last week about an issue that i was experiencing! I went through your chat support. No Help! Emailed you and your executives that i could find info on! No help
I dont understand why this is an issue? I referred a friend the bonus for referral was $175 my friend in a timely fashion as per your rules completed the transactions that he needed to do for me to be rewarded with my bonus. I contacted you as soon as he was done because it didn’t show up that he completed this in my referral are? No answer! Tried again i get the answer that he (my friend ) needs to contact us, ok he did they said you did everything right he should have that.. next day he gwts an email nope wasnt completed in time, but my buddy is playing with the sane bonus for new user!! I took screenshots because now it is getting towards the end of the month of which he had 30 days to get everything done you ignored me then something happened on my referral saying that I wasn’t allowed to do referrals any longer like I did something wrong and then the time ran out yesterday he had been playing for a week usee’s that you gave him. He was a week early to your deadline now today I go on there to use the game. Now games are locking Up on me constantly.
Please get this taken care of as I love your app. I love the games, but I don’t love not getting what it’s promised for service that I did for you! I’ve tried emails. I’ve tried text messages. I’ve tried everything I could so now I’m trying here.

I spent over $200 on a game that never gave a bonus.
I’ll be deleting this app due to the unfair win/payback ratio.
