You can’t raise a complaint against a service provider on the app which took my money and didn’t fix the issue. You can’t even see your previous orders. It’s a scam.

Their employees lack basic training, they broke my sport bike while adjusting it, and when I reached out to customer services they refused to send someone else to fix it due to the guarantee policy which does not make sense they broke my bike!!

My experience using this app is horrible due to its lack of functionality and bad design experience off, which that chat system is not responsive, also there is no technical or customer support that is responding, they need to improve a lot of things in order to this app to advance
