Still a Good Game
I started playing this game right from launch and was active for years. I recently came back to the game after a few years of not playing and I’ve enjoyed playing it again. There are a lot less people online playing nowadays and that’s not necessarily a bad thing from the player’s perspective, since it affords you greater opportunity for better rewards. The game can be pretty hard at times but there are plenty of people who enjoy helping others figure things out, plus there are lots of resources online at places like Reddit and wiki. There are several different game modes that all offer different rewards and perks and I recommend doing as many of those as possible. One thing that some people have reported is that customer service is lacking but not entirely nonexistent. The things I enjoy most are: acquiring heroes, deciding what heroes to group into parties, collecting equipment and refining it and character builds. You can play with friends online or alone.
All in all, I have always felt that this game has something special about it that makes it so endearing to its loyal fans and that’s still the case today (April 2025). I think most people would dismiss this game outright but it really is a hidden gem.

Suggestion
There’s not a lot of ingame chat, so I think maybe friends should be able to chat with each other, or abate to see what guild other players are in so we can get into good active guilds
Ups and downs
I will start off by saying I love this game. I find it frustrating there is no work around to characters that are no longer available to players. I’d like to have them all and it is frustrating I cannot. Even though these characters are useable in events, have specific advertised equipment and the characters themselves are advertised on loading screens….but I don’t know the legalities here.
It is near impossible to get support to respond to any inquiry about random bugs or issues with the game. Last week the “increased rate” equipment sets you roll for (RNG) didn’t seem increased. I made several attempts and ended up with the same set 4 times out of three available increased sets and the rest were literally the lowest possible items you can get. 110+ summons and 4 were good. Several characters need completed or fixed and several others still need awakened. I’m not sure if it isn’t worth their time but I know money is coming in. Please make this game great again. Daily player and will continue to be despite feeling ignored. Thank you for all you do.
P.s. it’s extremely frustrating the Ads for free items are broken as of today. They glitch and the game must be closed and reopened. No rewards given. Some of the only free things to enjoy. Probably devastating to free play players.

Disappointing
Played this game when it first released and now coming back to it. - my old account got deleted.
I missed playing this game but if this keeps up, it ruins my memories of it.
The problem is in the new account, the game keeps asking me to sign in every 3 mins, even if i do, it exits me out of the game and i have to repeat signing in as well as the gameplay from beginning. For example, i finish one stage and before i start the next stage in the story, im asked to sign in even though Im already signed in.
