Still a Good Game
I started playing this game right from launch and was active for years. I recently came back to the game after a few years of not playing and I’ve enjoyed playing it again. There are a lot less people online playing nowadays and that’s not necessarily a bad thing from the player’s perspective, since it affords you greater opportunity for better rewards. The game can be pretty hard at times but there are plenty of people who enjoy helping others figure things out, plus there are lots of resources online at places like Reddit and wiki. There are several different game modes that all offer different rewards and perks and I recommend doing as many of those as possible. One thing that some people have reported is that customer service is lacking but not entirely nonexistent. The things I enjoy most are: acquiring heroes, deciding what heroes to group into parties, collecting equipment and refining it and character builds. You can play with friends online or alone.
All in all, I have always felt that this game has something special about it that makes it so endearing to its loyal fans and that’s still the case today (April 2025). I think most people would dismiss this game outright but it really is a hidden gem.

Suggestion
There’s not a lot of ingame chat, so I think maybe friends should be able to chat with each other, or abate to see what guild other players are in so we can get into good active guilds
Ups and downs
I will start off by saying I love this game. I find it frustrating there is no work around to characters that are no longer available to players. I’d like to have them all and it is frustrating I cannot. Even though these characters are useable in events, have specific advertised equipment and the characters themselves are advertised on loading screens….but I don’t know the legalities here.
It is near impossible to get support to respond to any inquiry about random bugs or issues with the game. Last week the “increased rate” equipment sets you roll for (RNG) didn’t seem increased. I made several attempts and ended up with the same set 4 times out of three available increased sets and the rest were literally the lowest possible items you can get. 110+ summons and 4 were good. Several characters need completed or fixed and several others still need awakened. I’m not sure if it isn’t worth their time but I know money is coming in. Please make this game great again. Daily player and will continue to be despite feeling ignored. Thank you for all you do.
P.s. it’s extremely frustrating the Ads for free items are broken as of today. They glitch and the game must be closed and reopened. No rewards given. Some of the only free things to enjoy. Probably devastating to free play players.

Disappointing
Played this game when it first released and now coming back to it. - my old account got deleted.
I missed playing this game but if this keeps up, it ruins my memories of it.
The problem is in the new account, the game keeps asking me to sign in every 3 mins, even if i do, it exits me out of the game and i have to repeat signing in as well as the gameplay from beginning. For example, i finish one stage and before i start the next stage in the story, im asked to sign in even though Im already signed in.

Terrible
Tried logging in with multiple accounts and every single one of them would say “unable to login” and then kick me back to the login screen. Crappy server clearly.

Glitch
No way to contact customer service? Tried the app support but nothing pulls up. When I try to change gear the box at top would show either- or + for the new gear to see if better or worse on what is equipped, now it is just a black box.

Returning Fan
Returning and longtime fan of this game!! If you’re looking for collectible characters and sets of armor with various added effects then this is the game for you! You could spend or pace yourself and play for free and still compete if not dominate those who pay to play.
My favorite moments in this game is the story time convo between Ian and Amora! Their interaction is the perfect one two comedic punch that every awesome comic/manga Reader enjoys.

Really good game wish they didn’t leave it to die back in 2017
This game was peak back in the day. The game is still really good. Things that are annoying/should get fixed is the sound effects i dk not remember the sound effects being this bad. Please bring back this game do not leave it to rot any longer this game would back crazy revenue these days. Overall i give it a 8/10 if they change the audio and update the graphics a bit it will be a 10/10.

Vastly underrated game
This game is a true gem. It has great strategy elements to it via gear, character combinations. There are a lot of great characters to develop. It offers a lot of content and has a lot of replayability. If you never tried this game, give it a try. There is no game similar to it.

This game is a lot of fun. I’m just starting but it’s quite engaging and the story is fun. Game play is great and the abilities are awesome visually.

Love this game even though it barely gets updates
Not worth playing
The sound clips terribly. Whoever programmed the sound engine needs to apply a limiter at 0db to prevent this. It’s literally game breaking.
Facebook log in issue (No Id Found)
Man I grinded so much in this game now I can’t login back in my old account using Facebook every time I try to sign back in I get a notification that no ID found lost my whole account fix this please I don’t wanna start all over
Patch doesn’t work
Was kind of excited to play but I get to about 82% and then get a notice that the patch doesn’t work.
Was a highly fun game
Played the game since launch and had a wonderful adventure and loved the game and strategy and mechanics a lot but now that I have a new phone and have to start over for the 3rd time because the account linking didn’t save/work it’s just time for me to say farewell for good this time. Was fun while it lasted

It’s just a loading screen
After all of the data downloading for the assets, I was hoping that the game would be worth while, but after having to select a name, the loading screen would continue for far too long, to the point where I suspect that there wasn’t a game being loaded at all.
