Useful to useless in last update.
Appears since the last update all of the teams have been removed except for Harlequins rugby and 6 Israeli football teams. As I don’t support any of the teams listed, it’s gone from being useful to useless!

The app had changed and no longer has anything i need and I have lost all my points because of it
Never worked
As a harlequins fan I was excited that an app was going to be available for us season ticket holders. I’ve never been able to login to the app despite help from Quins. App is not fit for purpose.

Can I get a refund on my one star as I feel cheated I have had to give it that! Absolute waste of time of an app. Not connection to the main loginS. Constantly throws an error despite checking and resetting passwords. Why any club would want to be associated with this is beyond me and no wonder there are so few! Don’t waste your time with this rubbish.

Rubbish app…doesn’t even allow you to sign in with verified membership number and password…wasted a whole day trying to sign in .

Like many of Saints’ attempts at IT, this is not only amateurish but simply doesn’t work. Any app that just sits there with no message or waiting symbol when you tap “next” just isn’t worth installing. Deleted.

Had 4 attempts to put money on the card changed my Saints password 3 times and still no joy. Why so difficult?
This is pointless
Whole point of this new Saints season ticket is that it doubles up as a prepay card to earn you points. Otherwise might as well just be a normal card. Doesn’t work. Constant internal fault when trying to set up.

Have wasted about an hour for two days running trying to log into this. I have changed my password on the Saints website twice to see if that would make any difference and still doesn’t work!

Doesn’t work, did the first time I signed up now I keep having to input my name and address again but won’t accept it…..
Error code 404
So first of all, to be able to use it, I need to log in. I can’t. Each time I try I get error code 404. I’ve tried re-setting my password, but that doesn’t make it work either.
