The app that NEVER responds when you need it. GARBAGE!
Password problems
I have tried for numerous times to give this app a chance. I can never log in. I set a password and it accepts it. Then I go to log in only to be told my password is incorrect. So I let my phone pick a password and saved it to my phone. Go into the app and yep you guessed it, incorrect password. This has been happening for at least 5 years. No fixes. I am beginning to think they don’t care.

I can’t even get into this app!!!!
Disappointing
This app is very disappointing. There is no reason why matches are and ratings are not updated in real time. It takes several days after matches have been played before the information becomes available in the app. I would not recommend this app. And don’t pay for the subscription there is really no point. Also I’ve contacted the support team multiple times and never received a response.

Love the app. It’s easy to use and makes tournaments and league play easy.
App doesn’t work
After downloading I Select the app and the FR Logo pops up and that’s it. App never opens!
Works we
Good app, great overall program. Name search can be a bit better. Sometimes I’ll search for a last name and doesn’t find it til I put in full name for example, but this seems to have gotten better
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MY SUBSCRIPTION
It seems there no option for deactivating your subscription. which is non existing, poor customer support. no response.

This works great on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I honestly don’t see why there are so many negative reviews
To the league director
Why can’t I sign in with my original password and email I stopped playing in the league for awhile then tried to get back in no luck tired of trying

I put in my email and password on my iphone and the submit button or whatever it is goes below where I can click on it to sign in. Would be happy to give a good review if this gets fixed. Thank you.
Is FargoRate even needed?
I’ve tried with an open mind for some time. With Matchroom pool and all professional pool events having no use for FargoRate. I’m not sure as an amateur we need FargoRate either. Hmmmm
iPhone issues
Does not work on my iPhone11.
Just a black screen with no way to exit cleanly. I have to delete the app & reinstall to see anything. Every time.

Scam
They rip people off. Don’t pay for this app. If they get mad at your TD, you won’t be updated. Also they won’t work with them to correct any issues.
They want support but provide no support
The webpage has a scam sign up form and some fraudulent add takes your credit card info and starts $2.99 charges and there is no way to sign up in this app
Unsatisfied
What use an app that you have to pay a subscription fee. Other pool leagues provide apps which shows you your stats all you pay is annual league fee. Very disappointed that I’m in a league using this app and I’m unable to see my stats or other people I will be playing with.

I'm paid for until the end of the month (I have the receipt) I can no longer access my matches. Is there anyone who could assist? Thanks!
