What happened to Membership App?
I do not see the membership app which makes it easier access for renting car and shopping deal!

Severely lacking
The billing setup is worse than before the update. The billing amount before said zero was owed and I thought I had just forgotten to check off that bill, then I get a notice saying I’m going to lapse. There’s absolutely no detail on dates, amounts, little on history of payment and you can’t even change payment methods so they’re going to draw from an account you no longer want to use.
There’s no control over account management and it seriously needs to change.

Doesn’t work
The app is completely useless. It doesn’t work at all.

Login issues
Won’t let me log in even tho I’ve entered my user name and password correctly.
Paying bill
It doesn’t tell you what you pay for each kind of insurance or even what the bill you have in there is for at all.

This app is really great. It helps me get my roadside assistance and my information from from my agent. I absolutely love it. I’m glad I’ve gone with them.
Great looking App
Cards are accessible and your entire policy is accessible through the app. Other insurance providers limit access to card only.
Improved a lot over the last few years
App is still a bit slow loading but once it’s up it works great and is nice to have access to all my policies!

Gives me access to my policy and insurance cards easily. Much better than it used to be.

I use this app all of the time! The only complaint is that I can’t scroll through my id cards, it defaults back to the beginning.
Really FB?
I can reset my password and find out my username all through email and the app. But you have to send the confirmation code via USPS!!! We pay you all enough premium that you should be able to invest in decent software!! DO BETTER!!!!
Okay except ...
App is very good with the exception of accessing the benefits. When you go to that tab, it makes you log in with your FB membership number which is DUMB!!!! I don’t want to dig out my card to get my number, then type in that long number. Why do you have to log in separately to see what benefits you have as a FB member?? If you’re going to make people log in separately to see the benefits then that tab needs to be removed from this app!! I feel like this extra log in procedure is intentional so people get frustrated and don’t use any of the available benefits!

The app won’t open
I downloaded and the app keeps opening to a screen that says an update is available and shoots me back to the App Store. Deleted and redownloaded a couple times with the same result. Frustrating.
Don’t like set up
I don’t like that I need to wait five days for postal confirmation to get started with the app. I should be able to drop by the office with an ID.

Figured I would download this app and use it. But when I open it up all I get is a white screen with the logo nothing happens may need to remove the App if I can’t get any resolution.
